This notice covers the workflow-audit enquiry form on this site. A2Z LeadPilot is the service name shown on this site.
If you submit the form, HubSpot collects your name, email address, company name, mobile number, your consent choices and basic submission metadata. We use those details to receive, review and respond to your audit request. The separate optional checkbox for other communications is not required to request an audit.
The form is provided by HubSpot and submissions are stored in the A2Z LeadPilot HubSpot portal. HubSpot sends an internal submission notification to the portal account owner. Cloudflare hosts this website. This page does not run advertising analytics or sell enquiry details. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately opt in.
We use enquiry details while responding to the request and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, unless a continuing customer relationship or a legal obligation requires retention. To ask for access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form and write “privacy request” in the message field. We will verify the request against the email address used for the original enquiry before acting.
Access to enquiries is limited to the signed-in business account. No website form should be used for sensitive personal or financial information.
